Workshops
Tzen offers workshops on the Health and Healing System (WEWEPAHTLI) from the Ancient Aztecs (Mexihka). As mentioned previously, he is one of only two instructors authorized to teach the (until recently) hidden practices of the Tetzkatlipoka lineage outside of Mexico.
These special sessions with Tzen provide a wonderful opportunity to learn about the sophisticated health maintenance and healing philosophy and methods of the ancient Toltec and Aztec sages. He will explain the "Key" concepts of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual balance, and share practical advice on nutrition, hydration, rest and correct breathing.

Tzen's workshops include participation in and the teaching of the following:
An Ancient Aztec Healing Ceremony
Aztec Meditations
Xiuhtlaktos (Power Words)
How to use the four energies of the universe
Understanding the true nature of the Aztec Calendar
Additionally, all attendees will get "hands-on" healing energy exercise techniques and practices, with applications for how to use the information in one's everyday life.
Lectures
Tzen's lectures are a basic introduction to the culture, history and health systems of the Ancient Aztecs. He speaks about the "Nawi Ollin Teotl", a system of Health and Harmony, and discusses this system as related to health, teaching, learning, balance and life. He also discloses the reason why this information is now being made available to the rest of the world.
Healing Sessions
Tzen was taught the knowledge of the medicine from his maternal grandfather, who taught him the techniques of "Ketzalxiuhteotl" which translated means "beautiful brilliant energy".
As Tzen grew up with the Tetzkatlipoka tradition, he was sent to live with different families and to learn the techniques that they were guarding for the tradition. One of these is called "Apapaxtli Tlawayotl Maihpahtli". Apapaxtli means "to soften" and also, "expression of tenderness". Tlawayotl, "what is generated from the heart of the people". Maihpahtli is translated as "the hands that heal". So, "Apapaxtli Tlawayotl Maihpahtli" literally means, "To soften with tenderness, generated from the heart of the people, with hands that heal."
This healing approach has been safe-guarded and practiced by the KWAUHTLINXAN family. It was through their teaching that Tzen learned the specific forms of the system.

This technique is one of "corporal manipulation" as developed by the Mexihka people. It has survived for centuries. Tzen continues to use this technique, along with Ketzalxiuhteotl, which allows him to transmit an ancient knowledge and understanding of the organic relationships within the human mind, emotions, spirit and body.
Tzen's healings/ceremonies bring the individual into a place of balance and harmony, assisting one in efficiently effecting positive change in their life.

Tzen's clients and students talk about their experiences:
"Tzen is a master healer.
I've watched him heal many people, including my sister and my son. The level he
works on is so far beyond what most people can fathom--his gift transcends
'technique'"

My personal experience
with Tzen has been nothing short of transformational. While never knowing
exactly what a session with Tzen will be like, each time he has identified
things within me that have helped me to heal both physically and emotionally.
The results have had powerful affects on my life.

"I went to the Omega
Institute workshop to learn, but I acquired more than 'knowledge.'
Being with Tzen gave me an opening to a deeper part of myself. I feel so
grateful to have been taught these ancient healing and ceremonial practices
that, in today's times, center, balance, deepen and strengthen me."
